Rack and pinion steering? - evo rack in neon
I have a 1994 Ford rack and pinion steering, which support the power unit EVO thunderbired used.
I have power steering from one side to another, but I'll be back, I have to manually turn back the wheel myself. I had this problem for 3 weeks, but before their return to the center itself, no one knows what causes this problem and I replaced the pump already.
Is the RV?

They have seen this before in the T-Bird. Valve joints and ensure that they are not binding. Write down all the squeaks when turned on?
